Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
– Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
– Proof of Purchase: You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@thewebman.ca or +1 (437) 331-6545 to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to send back your item.
3. Shipping: Pack your item securely and include the Return Authorization Number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
– Check your bank account again.
– Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@thewebman.ca and send your item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Perishable goods

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
